Have a question about an existing order?

Include your order number with your message so we can find your order quickly.

We can help with:

• Shipping and tracking
• Address changes before shipment
• Missing or incorrect items
• Damaged packages
• Live plant arrival concerns
• Returns and refunds

Please note: Once an order has been packed or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Something Wrong With Your Plant?

We want your plants to arrive healthy and ready to grow.

If a plant arrives dead or significantly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the entire plant
• Close-up photos of the problem
• A photo of the nursery pot and soil
• Photos of the packaging
• A photo of the shipping box if it was damaged

Please take photos before repotting, substantially pruning, treating, or discarding the plant or packaging.

Eligible plants are protected by our Mary Mae Live Arrival Guarantee.
